Diva's Challenge and Zentangle Inspired Mountains

The Challenge

This week's challenge was to use the new tangle Rixty (instructions here).  It was fun to learn the new tangle and try it out different ways.

I ended up shading some of the triangles, as I messed up one of them :).  I actually like the effect, so... here it is:

The Zentangle Inspired Mountains

While doing the Zentangle workshop a few months ago, I decided to create mountains covered with tangles.  Well... I made them connect on all four sides so that you'd have a continuous design and therefore it could be used on fabric.

Today, I decided to create a few products on Print All Over Me and here are a couple that I would love to see for real - and wear!!

What do you think?

  1. You are amazing! What talent. I love that you have your artwork in so many venues. I wouldn't know where to begin. I just have my blog, and then link to twitter, Facebook and Pinterest. but there is no selling involved. I tried Esty for awhile but couldn't figure out how to get people to my shop since there were so many other artists and I never even ever saw my work on the "front page".

    1. Hi Gloria! Thank you so much for your wonderful comment! I have sold many things on Etsy over the years, but nothing recently; I think the key to selling there is to consistently list and promote through groups, treasuries, etc. I just have not had the time, so... no sales :) My online art friends encourage me to join other sites, so that's why I'm in several :)

    1. Thank you so much, LonettA :) I got a T-shirt from Zazzle with one of my Zendalas. I love it, but this one, since it is printed all over, is very different.
